Can’t Add New ‘Canned Reply’

  • When I click ‘Add New’ on the ‘Canned Reply’ page, it allows me to add ‘Title’ and ‘Reply’, but after I click ‘Submit’, it does not show the reply I added.

    Hi there,

    It happens on some installations due to TinyMCE issues, we are re-designing Canned Reply for next version in order to fix all such issues. You can expect this released within a month.
