Can’t Add my Categories to my draft page

    I installed the FREE Link Directory plugin and set up a draft page, using the shortcode far “All” I set up a number of categories. I see none of them on my preview page. I don’t know how to add them to the page.

    How do I get this going?

    Could you give me a link to the exact plugin you use?
    i can try to fix the issue if you give me admin details on private message
    At the moment i think for not comptable of the plugin with the theme used or with the WP version
