Can't add more then 11 questions

    Hello again! I cant add more then 11 questions. If i use the add new questions button, nothing happend. If i update the current test, then i have more fields to add questions, but when i update it again, i get a message error.

    This is the error:

    oh. Another problem.

    If i add 11 questions, then select edit and try to add another one i get fatal error

    and i found the answers.

    1. add 11 questions
    2. edit test
    3. add another question
    4. then select answer, scale and result box.

    if i select boxes at the first step i get fatal error.

    you need to add all questions, then select boxes

    i get fatal error only if i check the boxes after i add 11 questions.

    Ok, try to update to 0.3 and repeat it.
