Can’t add more than one Home Icon Menu

    Dear Concern,

    Thanks for your nice theme. Currently I’m using free version of this theme.

    Recently, I’ve faced some problems when adding some of your features in Home Page.

    Problem 1: I can’t add more than one “Home Icon Menu” in my home page. In Home Layout option of Theme Option I’ve tried to press on the “Add Icon” button to add more Icon Menu but this button is not responding. Where is the problem ? Is there any bug ? Or am I missing something ?

    Problem 2: When I’m using “Portfolio Carousel”, though I’ve created more than 4 Portfolio Items but in my home page, Only One Portfolio Item is displaying.

    N.B: I’m using the latest version of WordPress & Virtue theme. I’ve also deactivate & activate the plugin of this theme but nothing is happened.

    Update: Problem Number 2 has been solved.

    But still looking for the solution of problem Number 1 ??

    Hey,
    What version of the theme are you using? Ensure you are on the latest version. Also ensure all your plugins are up to date.

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for your reply. Currently I’m using the most updated version (2.8.4) of this theme. I also can ensure you that all my plugins are up to date. But I don’t know why the “Add Icon” button is disable or not working in this version. That’s why I can’t add new Home Menu Icon in my Home Page. ??

    UPDATE:

    Finally figure out the problem! Though I’ve to start it from the scratch! I create a sub-domain (test.acianimalhealth.com),
    then there I’ve installed a new wordpress site. After installing virtue theme in this new website everything is fine! I think there have some plugin in my website which make this problem. But I can’t figure out which plugin is this cause this problem.

    Dear Hannah, do you know which plugin could cause this problem ?

    I can’t get this problem to occur on my test site. Try deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

    Glad you got things working! I don’t know what plugins you’re using so I’m not sure. Try deacitvating them one by one.

    Finally I’ve figured out the problem. There is a plugin called “Ultimate Member” which was conflicting with this theme. Anyway, I deactivate this plugin in order to use this theme.
