• Hi, I’m using WordPress 4.5.3 and WooCommerce 2.6.2
All of a sudden I have someone who has been buying from us for a few years saying he can only purchase 2 items at a time.
If he adds a third item the first item drops out of the cart.
This has never been an issue previously.
I have tried it myself with a dummy purchase and found the same behaviour.
Different browsers and different product mixes give the same end result.
Apart from updating plugins the only other thing I’ve done recently is use the inbuilt new shipping rules in WooCommerce instead of an advanced shipping plugin I had used before due to the limitations of Woo at the time.
    Any ideas?
    Regards

    Paul

I’d look into your plugins, and see if there is any form of caching present on the server.

Hi Mike, saw your comment and was to be fair dubious. However I disabled my W3 Total Cache plugin and problem disappeared. Re-enabled it came back. Tried clearing cache etc but same issue always reoccurs with plugin enabled, disappears when disabled.
Weird it started to be an issue all of a sudden, I’m unaware of any changes I’ve made personally.
Ah well it can stay disabled unless you have any suggestions for a workaround?
    Thanks for the advice regardless.
    Cheers

You can enable caching, but you must exclude cart, checkout and account pages from your page caches.
