Can't Add Meta Tags & Titles

Within the last two days, I’ve been unable to add any meta tag / title information to individual posts using the Yoast dashboard. The dashboard appears, but it doesn’t apply any options and I can’t add anything.
I haven’t updated to 4.1 WordPress yet.
