Can't add listing

    This appears to be a really great plug-in with some really nice features. Unfortunately, when I enter a property listing and finalize it, it disappears.

    I get asked to view the listing, but it can’t find it. I look in the listing manager and it is not there.

    I have the permalink settings and.htaccess setup correctly. Everything else seems to be working fine.

    What else can I do to get this to work?

    Hello Outdoorsmen,

    It seems WPL can’t insert new records on [wp_prefix]_wpl_properties table. We need your WordPress admin and maybe FTP access to check this issue. Feel free to Open a support ticket in our ticketing system.

    I updated the plug-in and the problem was still there.

    I deleted the plug-in and re-installed it. The problem is still there.

    You have access to my site, could you please try adding a property?

    I love your user interface and really want this to work.

    You stated in your email that WPL was not setup for a Windows server. I updated and re-installed WPL and it did not work. Same issues.

    I went ahead and set up an Apache server just to see your plug-in work and guess what…..

    I was able to add a property, sort of. I could not upload pictures and It would not Finalize. I am also unable to delete or purge these listings.

    You now have access to both sites….. Please help me make one work.

    Hello,

    This issue was related to MySQL STRICT_TRANS_TABLES mode.
    Please read the following KB article:
    How can I turn off MySQL strict mode?
    Also since WPL1.2.0 we’re taking care of this mode too.
