• Hello,

We are currently looking for alternative slider that will comply with the accessibility.

Right now, We’re trying to add the smart slider 3 into the SHOWCASE or FOOTER, but it’s giving us a looping round gray logo and unable to save any changes (see website below). Any comments on how can we add the smart slider to widgets? Appreciate any feedbacks. Thanks

Currently using WP version 6.4.3 and PHP 7.4. themes and other plugins were all outdated.

Is there any improvement after updating WordPress, your plugins, and your theme?

    Hello,

Sorry for incomplete sentence. I have modified my post.

Not in our plan to update the WP, theme or plugins. cause it might mess up our site. ??

Our concern is it’s not saving any changes on widgets, All modification will displayed as a loading round logo only.

Ok, your problem could be any of the bugs that have been fixed over the past 2 years, and to be clear most folks keep their WordPress sites up to date, but there’s at least something you can try.

Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Good day Sir.

Is there any other solution have been discovered aside from disabling plugins or any related case with me? Deactivated some of the plugins but its giving same output. ??

    Thanks.

As mentioned, use the Health Check plugin’s Troubleshooting tab so you can deactivate all plugin and switch your theme without affecting your site for normal visitors.
