    Hi,

I just finished installing your plugin. Once I added images to gallery (with create new gallery or existing gallery), the progress was going well. After it was done, it showed up this message, “0 images were uploaded”.

I don’t know what should I start to fix this problem.

By the way, I use WP version 3.8 and plugin version 2.0.4 with correct environment.

    Please advise!

  • Hi,

I got the same problem, I’ve used NextGen Gallery since many years, without any bigger problem, but today after the last update I can’t anymore upload pics, I got the following error.

    error

I also use the acutal WP version 3.8 and the actual NGG version 2.0.40. Is there the possibility to upload pictures without HTML5 I think that’s actually the problem.

I have to upload really fast some pictures so I hope there’s an other possibility to upload or a fix for the problem.

I’ll hope you can help me.

    Greetings Marvin

@esmi: thank you for your kindly.

By the way, I just got an answer and fix it. Here is some quote from photocrati:

There could be a plugin conflict going on here; or at least this should be ruled out. Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins, clearing your browser cache (and site caches if you are using a caching plugin), then reactivating the NextGEN plugin? If this fixes the problem then it was likely one of the deactivated plugins that was causing an issue. Now, retrace your steps activating each plugin and re-checking to see if the problem returns. If it does then that last activated plugin was probably the one. Keep reactivating and in most cases it is also best to keep checking after each plugin, sometimes there may be more than one plugin on a site that will create an issue. If you do find one (or more) plugins causing this problem we would greatly appreciate your feedback on them so the developers may address them as soon as they can.

    Hope it can help everyone.

    Cheers!
