I installed the program and watched all the videos I could find, but when I tried to create my first Flipbox there was nowhere to add any images. I have a frontend graphic ad size then want it to flip to a backend sample ad.

    Appreciate any help.

    HI @checmark

Thank You very much for contacting us and hope you doing well

Kindly select a template from template list as there have some template with backend image. You can customize it via background image and i am sorry to say, its pro feature. Go into backed settings and set background color rgba(255, 255,255, 0.00)

    Thank You

I’m confused. Are you saying that using images is only with the Pro version?

I found a template that showed a backend image and I added that, but it doesn’t show up. I am confused.

Okay, I’ve struggled for hours trying to use a backend image but it’s not working. I think you said “sorry, it’s a pro feature”. I did watch a very good video about using the plugin and he showed using images in the free version, so I am confused. I urgently need this to work so just tell me if I need the Pro version for this to work.

I am prepared to buy the Pro version but I am having issues still with the free version. I finally found a template that worked and created a few flip boxes, then cloned one and edited it, but I am not able to add either frontend or backend images. They keep showing up blank so I don’t know if this is an issue with the plugin, my theme (Avada) or my hosting. I have filed a ticket with Avada.

    Hi @checmark

We checked your website a couple of times and were unable to see any template we can suggest you to solve your bugs.

Kindly add our shortcode to the custom page and share it with us as we can give you some custom css to you.
