Can’t add Google Drive account

    Hi,

    I’m trying to add a Google Drive account. The response I get after authorising the login is “Error: Failed to add entry to table: Data too long for column ‘refresh_token’ at row 1?

    Hi,

    It appears that UpdraftPlus is not receiving a response to the requests to Google Drive in time.

    You will need to ask your server admin to check the following:
    -Is the server running a recent version of the cURL library
    -Check if there is a DNS issue when connecting to Google Drive
    -Are any firewalls or security modules blocking the outgoing or incoming cURL requests

    They will likely need to monitor the HTTP API calls to and from the server to determine what is blocking the cURL requests.

    I had the same problem and solved it by just deactivating and reactivating Updraftplus. You might as well give it a try.

    I ended up resetting the plugin and it sorted itself out. My next plan was to reactivate it.
