Can't add For Sale Category

OK this is odd. In Data Manager when I try to setup ‘For Sale’ and ‘For Lease’ I can add ‘For Lease’ but when I try to add ‘For Sale’ it says it was added but it never appears and doesn’t exist in any other screen pulldowns…

So in the database, for sale and for rent already exist in the term table and they’re listed as a product_category in the taxonomy, but they don’t appear in data manager at all. Everything else does… From what I can see in the DB – the terms/status/category are in the wp_terms and wp_term_taxonomy tables, but NOT in wp_estatik_manager_categories, wp_estatik_manager_types, etc. The ones I added on my own are, but the predefined ones are not.

Actually, looking at the database closer, none of the predefined status, category, and type fields are appearing even though they exist in the database. Other fields I add show up, but since ‘for sale’ already exists – I can’t add it, but it’s not available to use when I add a listing… Weird.

I’m also having trouble deleting the predefined Appliances and Features. They seem to go away when I delete them, but then they all come back. Ah apparently when I delete them all (I wasn’t planning to use the Appliance feature) the defaults all appear again. Maybe that’s by design?
