Can’t add file when creating new download

    I have just installed the plugin, and can’t create any new downloads.

    When I try creating a new download, and pressing “Add file” button, the whole “Downloadable Files/Versions” becomes inactive with the spinner rolling on, the page scrolls up, and nothing else happens.

    The browser console produces the following error:

    Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).size is not a function

  • Hello @karulinz ,

    Sorry to hear you are having problems. Please install the plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper”, for now, and select jQuery version either Default from WordPress or Legacy, which one works ( in my test installation Download Monitor works without the above specified plugin ). Also, I have added a ticket on Github where you can see the status of this issue. It will probably be fixed in the next update.
