Can’t Add Fields to Field Mapping

Getting the following error in the console when I click the “Add Field” button:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘type’ of

I’ve disabled my caching plugin, all the CCF related plugins and all the others one by one, tested with the same result. This is a new issue.
