Can’t add fields after latest update

Hello,

I am working on my site on my local server. I am not able to add new fields after updating the plugin to the latest version.

When I am adding a gutenberg form in the page and try to add a new field, it gives me following error:

This block has encountered an error and can’t be previewed

Also there are some javascript errors thrown. I did test if the plugin is conflicting with any other plugin but that’s not the case. I kept only this plugin active and tried, but no difference.

Please have a look at this.
