    Can you please again check the plugin version and share it with us?

    Because our latest plugin is 4.0.4 and never released 4.5.

    Also, from your screenshot unable to get an idea that which code is causing an issue as that might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin as we are able to edit pages/posts in our local server.

    If you share a system report that helps us to review your query in detail.

    For System Report go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs > copy and paste it here.

    Sorry, I took over this site so I am still getting up to speed on how it was set up.

    It looks like they actually had the premium version from here that you guys develop: https://woocommerce.com/products/flat-rate-shipping-plugin-for-woocommerce/

    I imagine this forum isn’t the proper channel for support on your premium products so do as you need.
