• I’m using the plugin “Widget Options” to add some widget features, including adding a CSS class to widgets. It works as expected with all of the other widgets I’m using, and it works fine with AdRotate pro, but with the site I’m working on now, with the free version of AdRotate, my CSS classes don’t show up on the frontend.

I’ve tried troubleshooting with only AdRotate and Widget Options (and a default theme) and when enabling the two plugins, I get a message that “When enabling the plugin, widget-options, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.” If I force it to enable anyway, the site seems fine, but I still don’t have CSS classes, so there does seem to be some sort of incompatibility. I’m mentioning it here because it seems to only be an issue with the free version of AdRotate.

Any insights on this, possible fixes or workarounds, would be much appreciated.

If there is an error it’ll be in the servers error_log file.
Perhaps that tells you what goes wrong.

I’m not aware of incompatibility with the widget plugin and recommended it to people in the past. So as far as I know that should work.

Ah, I tried it on another site and it does, in fact, work! So it’s my site that’s buggy, not AdRotate. I will check the error logs and go from there, Thanks for the quick response!
