Can’t add code to “home page only”

Hi, thanks for great plugin. Works great but i have little problem. I can’t put code to “Only home page”. I mean i can, but after that – it dosnt work. I can only use “Header – Every page” with success. Do u know why it dosent work? I set up my homepage correctly in Settings->Reading. Also, im using Woocommerce and MinDig Theme (from ThemeForest). I ll be glad for any reply. Thanks
