Can’t Add Category

Hello .. Thanks for this beautiful plugin.
My problem is if A is Parent of B & B is parent of C, in category. Then,when i add the option of filter by category in back end and click on selected category feature & then select category B. Then the entire Filter Widget disappears. Why is that? However if i remove parent A from B & then Select B. Then everything is normal. Please help me as soon as possible.
