Can't Add Categories / Category

  • Hi –

    I’ve just noticed that I’m unable to post categories on my 3.0.1 wordpress.

    I click ‘Add New Category’ and the field appears. Type in my new category ‘xyx-whatever’, leave Parent Category selected in the dropdown, click Add New Category button, and nothing happens.

    Tried refreshing, updating post etc, but no luck.

    Anyone else having this / found a solution? Is it a bug in 3.0.1, or just mine?

    *Found a workaround –

    I can add Categories in the main Category screen if that helps anyone else having the same issue.

    Still unable to do it from within Posts editing though. Frustrating.
