Can’t add categories!

  • I’ve been up and running for a few months with no problems now. This morning I tried to add a new category, and I received this error message. It’s strange because I never had this problem before!

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_bloginfo() in /home/christine/www/www/wordpress/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 304

    Her: Yes, hon?
    Me: I think it’s about time we upgraded.
    Her: Again?
    Me: Well, there have been three service releases since last time.
    Her: Oh!
    Me: Yeah, that’s what I’m saying.

    Somehow I find it hard to believe that not updating could be the cause of a problem suddenly cropping up. But that’s just my skeptical mind.

    Actually, I believe that is a problem that was either corrected with v1.5.1 or v1.5.1.1.
