    I cannot add UPS to my carriers list. It says it is not found. How should I proceed now? I have Woocommerce updated and also the plugin.

    Hi @luiscploliveira,

    Please sync the shipping carriers list to update the information on your store.

    To sync the carriers list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Carriers, and click on the nav icon located at the top of the page. From the drop-down, select the “Sync Carriers” link.

    In the Sync Shipping Carriers select the “Reset carriers database, it will reset all your shipping provider database” option and click on the Sync Shipping Carriers button. After doing the Sync please search for the UPS?shipping carrier.
