Can’t Add Buddypress Field Groups

    Thank you so much for a great plugin – I have been using it for a long time and it works fantastically. But now, I have a problem – I get the following error message when trying to add a field group to buddypress.

    <b>%%REM_ADDRESS%%</b>, your request cannot be processed.<br />For security reasons, it was blocked and logged.<br /><br />%%NINJA_LOGO%%<br /><br />If you believe this was an error please contact the<br />webmaster and enclose the following incident ID:<br /><br />[ <b>#%%NUM_INCIDENT%%</b> ]</center>

    As you can see, there is no incident id so I am not sure how to proceed.

    That’s very odd because it is the default message as it is stored in the database (including placeholders and HTML tags). Do you see anything in the firewall log that is related to this incident?
