Can't add any photo

Hi everyone!

After update wordpress to the new version 3.9.1, my site broken. I can’t add any photo in the post or page, galleries are broken. When I try upload any photo my browser is jam. I tried change themes, upload chomd to 777 in ftp, downgrade to the previous wordpress version, change the broweser and nothing help me.

Please give me any advice, what can I do to fix my problem.
