Can’t Add Any Form Items

Good afternoon,

We are using the free version (v. 2.9.2).

I have been trying to add form items to existing and new forms and nothing works. My existing forms are up and running on our page, and existing form items are editable, but I am completely unable to add any new form items. I click the form item I want to add and nothing happens. In the past, there has been a few second delay before the selected form item populates, but now nothing happens at all.

I have tried adding several different form items to several different existing forms, I have tried creating a new form, I have tried logging in and out of wordpress, closing and reopening Google Chrome and even rebooting my whole machine. Nothing has fixed the issue so far.

I would greatly appreciate any help getting this fixed.
