Can’t add an image to mobile pop-up

    Hi – I’m trying to add my logo to my mobile pop-up but I’m getting an error saying ‘Errors! See what type of images are supported and recommended here.’ I’ve tried uploading a PNG and JPG and reducing the file size but still no luck. I can however add images to desktop pop-ups without problems.

    On the subject of images, is it possible to resize images while keeping the aspect ratio locked?

    Hello bisserjeta,

    The image upload issue should be resolved. Resizing of the images while preserving proportions will be possible in one of the upcoming updates. Until then you can set the exact pixel width and height in the Size Pos menu tab of the image element.
