    Hi there,

I can’t add another alerts address on any of our sites that use Sucuri.
Having clicked on Add Recipient, nothing changes. I also can’t delete the existing address.

The only way I can change the alerts address is to change the e-mail address in the WordPress site General Settings section. This isn’t ideal as we prefer to keep an eye on the Sucuri alerts for our customers.

Is there another way to do this, maybe in the database etc?

    Thanks for your time,
    Pete

  • The plugin has some level of incompatibility with network (aka. Multisite) installations, some people have reported issues with the email alerts and other settings that are stored in the database that do not work correctly because the current code is not considering that network installations use different option tables.

If your website is part of a network installation then I thank your patience, I will work as fast as possible to get this fixed. If your website was configured as a single installation of WordPress then use your favorite database manager and update the value of the option named “sucuriscan_notify_to” which accepts a comma-separated list of valid email addresses.

I will mark this ticket as resolved because the bug with the network installation is already being discussed in other tickets, so to reduce duplication of comments I will free this one.
