Cant add albums

@bjorn.kullberg – So when you click the green button you do not see the album display types on the “Display Galleries” tab?

Under “What would you like to display?” I can choose Albums, but then it’s all blank under “Select a display type” and I can’t choose anything there.

@bjorn.kullberg – I would suggest trying the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options and if that does not help to sort this out then you may need to re-install the plugin to help eliminate the possibility of a corrupted installation.

Tried reset, didin’t work.
Tried deleting the plug-in and reinstall, didn’t help.

Wanted to attach an screenshot but doesn’t seem to be possible to add screnshots here?

I’m not so comfortable with giving away this kind of information. Is there no other way to solve this?

@bjorn.kullberg – Have you ruled out possible conflicts with another active plugin and/or your current theme?

A link to your site where this is happening may help but if all basic troubleshooting avenues have been tried then we would need to have a look at the site directly to offer much more assistance.
