Can’t add add product for coupon

  • I guess I will start a new topic since the last one was ignored, and two weeks old.

    I attached a picture. I used to be able to add products in these two boxes, but now I cannot. I have tried using both firefox and chrome to make sure it is not a browser issue. But I simply cannot put any information in these boxes.

    Even if I edit existing coupons, they have products in the box, but I cannot remove or add. It is like the box is not interactive.

    I have updated everything, and even deactivated other plugins, but is still does not work. It seems to have happened after some updates, but I am not sure which ones, since it has been a while since I used a coupon.Coupon

    I’m actually having the same issue on my website. I did an update after I discovered it on the wordpress core and the database update for woocommerce and it didn’t fix it. This is a recent issue because I just added a discount code back in february and it let me select products.

    Finally I opened a ticket to the support of woocommerce and they asked me to disable plugins and indeed the error does not seem to be in woocommerce, in my case the problem I have with the plugin BadgeOS.
    I recommend that you deactivate one by one the plugins that are active because most likely some of the problem, and if you have BadgeOS there is where the error occurs.
    I hope you find this information useful.

    Check the console for any errors. In my case, Ultimate add-on for VC causing the problem. I simply disabled WooComposer module in the plugin and I can select the products now.

    Thanks, It indeed was the Ultimate add-on for me as well. I have no idea why it was working before, and not now. It must be due to an update I did to woocommerce.

    I have the same problem. I deactivated all the plugins regarding Visual Composer, but still can’t add products for the coupons (it says ”searching” constantly & never shows results). Any ideas? :/

    With regards to BadgeOS Compatibility, this issue is now resolved. We’ve updated our Select2 library to the newest version.

    Hi – the same problem here. Deactivated all plugins and changed the theme but still cant add new items/products to cupon code.

    i disabled cloudflare and it started again to work well.
