Can’t add a pin

Hi, we had a chat some months ago about the fact that i can’t add any new pin in the image spot plugin. we found out if i remember right that is was not working on mozilla but it was okay when using internet explorer. Unfortunately i am having the same troubles since one month even on Internet explorer… can you help please
