• I’m trying to add a calendar as a menu item to the main menu, (Appearance>Menus)but I’m only seeing Pages, Posts, Custom Links and Categories, no option for Calendar. I have seen other installs where “Calendar”, Staff, Player lists etc are available. Is there some setting I’ve missed. I didn’t’ populate the site with temporary data (Using Golf Theme add on) so just wondering if I’ve missed something, or just having a bad day.

  • It’s not a default core function. Many plugins provide such functionality, but require typically Commercial support.

    Also you may want to try the screen options for your main menu (top right corner). Wp will hide some of your content links there sometimes.

    I have provided a link to a screen shot of the issue. As you will see I have 2 development servers with the same version of software however when trying to add a calendar to a menu to Dev Server 2 the option is not available, but is on Dev server 1. I can and also add Player, Player Lists, Staff, Rounds to Dev Server 1 but not on Dev Server 2.
