Can’t activate/deactivate plugins

  • Hi,

    I was trying a plug-in to allow me to administer the functions that guest users have access to on my blog (www.peacecommunitychurch.org).

    In the process, I have lost the capability to activate/deactivate plugins in the admin panel. I can edit them, but can’t activate them. I can also do all other admin functions.

    Any thoughts?
