Can’t activate YITH Product Addons Plugin

  • I am trying to evaluate the Woocommerce Product Addons plug and the YITH Product Addons plugin. I have had my Woocommerce store running for more than a year. I currently have the Woocommerce Product Add-on plugin installed and activated. But I can not activate the YITH Product Add-on plugin. I asked a question to the YITH support email if my issue might be a conflict in having both product add-on plugins activated. They said I should ask the question here. I realize an obvious test would be to try deactivating the Woocommerce add-on plugin. But my site is active and I don’t want to do that.

    Hi there,

    You shouldn’t have any problem activating the plugins. Please enable the debug.log and check if there is any fatal error ( if there is one, please send us the error to look into it), in case there is conflict in your installation.
