Can’t activate: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.

Hi, I’m trying to activate Jetpack. When I do, I get an error message:

“Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”

I checked the debug tool and am getting a 404. The debug tool is checking https://carboncostume.com/xmlrpc.php instead of https://carboncostume.com/wordpress/xmlrpc.php.

In General Settings, I can confirm WordPress Address is set to https://carboncostume.com/wordpress.

Is the plugin failing to activate because it’s looking at the wrong url?
