Can’t Activate Time of Day Plugin

  • I uploaded the file timeofday.php from https://wp-plugins.net/plugin/timeofday/.

    The author notes that after copying it into the plugins folder, I should be able to activate in plugins via UI.

    Well, TimeofDay isn’t showing up as an option. I’m running 1.5.
