I am not able to submit request on above site because it ask for debug info and screenshots.. I am not able to activate the Knowledge Base Plugin.. what’s the server requirment for your plugin so that I can check with hosting provider.. I tried better docs plugin and it did install.. I believe most of them require same configuration.. so I am not able to understand it why it’s not working with this plugin.. I tried to install some other plugin and tried to delete.. everything works… It just after installing this plugin neither I can activate it nor I can delete it..

So what should I refer to hosting for troubleshooting..

We do not have any specific hosting requirement.

    Thank you,

UPDATE: Customer contact us that they resolved the issue with their server configuration:

“Mod Security rule was causing the issue so We have now whitelisted the Mod_Security rule ID on the server end which resolved the issue.”
