Can’t activate the plugin

So sorry I didn’t see this! What do you mean it’s not working. Are there any errors displayed? It really sounds like this may be a theme issue…

I also cannot activate the plugin on WordPress version 5.4.2. I am using Novablog Templates as well and hosting is through GoDaddy. Initially it set up and activated fine, but something went wrong and my work wasn’t saved. When starting in again, the plugin will not activate. It gives a fatal error as shown below. Any help is much appreciated!

anthropocenebabe, go to site support for Hercules design. The problem is with the plugin, but the theme developer has a fix. Search under redux framework and view post from Jan 2, 2020.

Thanks for the ping @avonbybecki. I’m going to close this, but I just want to clarify. If the theme developer has a article of a bug they fixed, it is an issue with the theme, not Redux. ??

I’m glad there’s a solution! Perhaps a direct link would be more useful?
