Can’t activate professional licence.

    I’m having trouble activating a professional license on a multisite installation. I’ve opened a support ticket from the complianz.io dashboard yesterday, and wrote a follow-up this morning. Nobody has answered me so far. Can somebody please get in touch with me?

  • To specify the issue, the license is recognised. We start the installation from the Complianz dashboard and then the following error message appears:

    Missing license. Check your <a target=”_blank” href=”https://complianz.io/account”>license</a&gt;.

    This is very odd – we urgently need help with this!
