Can’t activate pro version gutenberg

Not the page.

I have the pro version but there has been no response in a week and I have new problems. Converting from classic to Gutenberg I get an error. I cannot create Gutenberg meow galleries. Please see my emails (Paul Arenson, Fukuoka Japan).

I am using a Genesis theme.

But I disabled and am now using a generic theme. Still the error persists.

Is there a recommeneded theme?

any plugins that are known to conflict like Word Fence or Updraft?

Also I don’t see any instructions for creating groups of Galleries.
