We have a current Enterprise license. When I attempt to activate a plugin, I’m prompted to enter a license key; when I enter our license key, I get an error message.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Install & configure Login plugin. (Plugin is configured & confirmed to work.)
    2. Add site at our site management screen on the WPO365 website.
    3. Upload Enterprise plugins & refresh Plugins screen to display them.
    4. Activate Login Plus
    5. Several error messages displayed:
      1. The WPO365 | LOGIN+ plugin requires the latest version of WPO365 | LOGIN (free) to be instaled and activated.
        Activate plugin Update plugin
      2. Could not find a license for WPO365 | LOGIN+. Please go to WP Admin > WPO365 > Licenses and activate your license or purchase a new license online. See the End User License Agreement for details
      3. The WPO365 | MS GRAPH MAILER plugin has detected that you have also installed the WPO365 | LOGIN plugin. Since that plugin offers the same functionality plus a lot more and uses the same configuration-source, the Microsoft Graph Mailer of the WPO365 | LOGIN plugin will be used instead.
See the online documentation for details.
    6. Click the ‘Licenses’ link in 5.2, above.
    7. Paste our license key into the activation field & submit.
    8. Error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” is displayed.
NOTE: ANY subsequent attempts to input a license key will return this error – it’s not possible to load the license key entry screen again.

Am I missing a procedural element? Do I need to use a different sequence? Is there a place where this procedure is documented? (I couldn’t find it in the support documentation – the ‘installation’ page [https://docs.wpo365.com/article/27-installation] doesn’t cover license key entry.)

(Aside: The dashboard does not appear to link to a license entry screen – as far as I can see the only way to get to it is by generating the error message. In one of the support articles [https://docs.wpo365.com/article/118-update-failed-download-package-not-available] I see a screenshot showing a link to the license management screen, but there’s no submenu in the left sidebar on our install.)

    Hi @ericscoles

Since this concerns a premium package, I recommend that you contact us directly either via the Help Beacon that you find in the form of a question mark “?” at the bottom of each configuration page or via the contact form on our website. Those channels are monitored and you’ll get a reply much sooner!

I quickly checked and the error is caused by the fact that you have WPO365 | MICROSOFT 365 GRAPH MAILER and WPO365 | LOGIN installed and activated at the same time. Please deactivate WPO365 | MICROSOFT 365 GRAPH MAILER and try again to activate LOGIN+ and you’ll see that it works as expected.

WPO365 | MICROSOFT 365 GRAPH MAILER is a spinn-off of the WPO365 | LOGIN plugin and the latter contains the exact same mailer functionality, plus a lot more. So if you plan – for example – to utilize the Microsoft Graph Mailer and Single Sign-on (SSO), then WPO365 | LOGIN is the right choice.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks. Will do. FYI after taking the recommended steps, there’s still no way to enter a license key.
