I just switched to from GoDaddy to InMotion hosting and after reinstalling all my plugins on the new server, I am not able to enter the license keys. I select the checkbox for the plugin, enter the license key, make sure the email is correct, and then hit enter. However, the license key isn’t accepted. I don’t get any type of error. This is the same process I used with GoDaddy which worked just fine. Any suggestions for getting the license keys to be accepted?

I also noticed that when entering a new event, I don’t get the option to have multiple ticket types. And when the event is listed, I don’t get the open to select a ticket or contact the organizer. maybe these issues are because the license keys aren’t installed.

I turned debug on and there are a couple errors.

Notice: is_singular was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Dear Kylebjork,

For adding license keys, you need to deactive license keys for your old hosting from your account at wp event manager and then you can again activate your license keys and it will work sure.

    Please check it : https://www.wp-eventmanager.com/documentation/activating-add-licence-keys/

About Cannot modify header information, It seems that it error with your functiopn.php file or somewhere else other file, where you have written code. but look at this ine..

For the license keys, I did deactivate all the keys prior to installing them on my new site. I followed the procedure outlined in the link your provided exactly and the license keys don’t get applied.

For the other issues (not being able to select multiple ticket types when submitting an event, not being able to select a ticket from the event listing screen, and not getting the button to contact the organizer), there are no errors generated. Should these work even without the license keys entered?

    Hi,

Did you checked checkbox after entering your mail id and license key ? you must use mail id which you have used at the time of the purchase.

About Tickets, you can add multiple tickets from frontend or backend.

Please let me know if this will not work then please give us your login details via support mail.

    Thanks

Yes, I checked the checkbox and made sure I used the same email I used at the time of purchase. I emailed my login credentials to Gam Hitesh. I don’t have your support email.

Not sure if you have tried to log in, but I realized my hosting company made a change to my server which broke the site. It is now fixed so you should be able to log in. If not, let me know.

    Hi @kylebjork,
You are using domain as IP address that’s why license key is not working. If you try with domain or sub domain it will work.

    Thank you.
