Can’t activate plugin – fatal error

    I can’t activate the WPL Real Estate plugin i WordPress. It downloads fine, but when I click ‘Activate’, it loads for a while, and then displays this error message:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\MAMP\wordpress\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1887

    It’s a local installation of WordPress, in case that makes any difference.
    I’ve installed other plugins without any problem, the issue only seems to be with the WPL Real Estate plugin.

    Any idea how to activate the plugin?

    Nevermind, I edited the wp-config file in the main wordpress folder to allow longer execution time, and it worked.

    got the same problem. what actually did you do? what should I edit on the wp-config to allow longer execution?
