Can’t activate plugin due to fatal error

  • Hi! I want to use this plugin in my Woocommerce Store, however upon activation I get the following error:

    The plugin cannot be activated because it generates a fatal error.

Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /data/www/staging.koma-elektronik.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ups-eu-woocommerce/src/libsystems/api_ups/ups-eu-woo-call-api-manage.php on line 291

    I am trying this on a basically empty staging installation. I run WordPress 5.8.1 and PHP 8.0.10. Would be great to get this plugin to work!
