Cant activate plugin

    Plugin was previously working fine but now causes a fatal error when i try to activate.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ssm_plugin_add_settings_link() (previously declared in /var/sites/m/moodmwd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-subscribe-sm-premium/subcribe-me.php:24) in /var/sites/m/moodmwd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-subscribe-sm/subcribe-me.php on line 34

    Any help would be great

    i meant on the plugins page of my website, it gives the above error when i try to click activate.

    The error occurred because you’ve already activated the premium version of the same plugin. Deactivate it then you’ll be activate free version.

    ok thanks I see now the “mailchimp subscribe forms premium” is active, unfortunately this means there is an issue elsewhere as when i test the subscribe form it says “processing” then says “error”.
    What could cause this after it worked ok for so long?
