can’t activate plugin

    Hi,

    I have installed your plugin Thanks Redirect for WooCommerce.

    But I can’t activate it because I use it on a subdomain (shop.gezonderelatiemeteten.nl)
    and for this webshop I use the mailaddress of the main domain gezonderelatiemeteten.nl

    It’s in Dutch:
    Dutch: ‘Thanks! Als het goed is ontvang je een activatie e-mail voor Thanks Redirect for WooCommerce in je [email protected] mailbox. Zorg er alsjeblieft voor dat je op de activatie knop klikt in die e-mail aan voltooi de installatie.’

    Translation in English:
    Thanks! You should receive an activation email for Thanks Redirect for WooCommerce in your [email protected] mailbox. Please make sure to click the activation button in that email to complete the installation.

    I can’t access the mailaddress [email protected] because it doesn’t excist.

    Is it possible to send the activation mail to another mailaddress? In this case to [email protected] instead of [email protected] ?

    Thank you for using the plugin.
    What is suggest is to use an existing email for activation else create the email temporarily and activate the plugin.

    Please let me know if the problem still persists.

    Hi,

    I am sorry, but I don’t understand what you wrote me.

    Do you mean that I must create the mailaddress [email protected] so I then can activate the plugin?
    Or do you mean that I install the plugin on the main domain https://www.gezonderelatiemeteten.nl and activate the plugin by using the mailaddress [email protected] and that the plugin is also activated for the subdomain https://www.shop.gezonderelatiemeteten.nl ?
    Or do you mean something else?

    The free version of the plugin should work seamlessly without activating.

    If you are using the PRO version or you want to activate the plugin please use an email that exists whether on the main domain or subdomain.

    Alternatively please provide the screenshot of the plugin page so that I can better understand it.
