Can't activate plugin

I installed the plugin, but when I attempt to activate it, I get a “Page not found” page on the front-end of my site. The link it sends to the browser when attempting to activate is:
[mydomain.com]/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=wp-project-managment-ultimate%2FWPPM-Ultimate.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=1354cfd963Thanks in advance for your help!
