Can’t activate or delete LoadMagic plugin

I have loaded the LoadMagic plugin, but now I can’t activate it or delete. Not sure what is going on with it. When I try to activate I get this message:

No webpage was found for the web address: https://www.pulseoperahouse.org/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=custom-landing-pages-leadmagic%2Frm-landing.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=4d4afcf20cWhen I try to delete it so I can try to re-install all I get is: Deletion failed: error
Not sure what I need to do to get it working…any help you can provide will be appreciated!
