Can;t activate optimus hq

    I’m using optimus hq and when i go to activate the license nothing happens. What are the steps to troubleshoot? I get no feedback from the plugin when I enter the code and press activate, the page only refreshes.

  • We did some maintenance yesterday and accidentally introduced an error with the key verification that was not caught in our tests.
