cant activate my license

    Hello,

    i upgraded today and i cant activate my license for the generel theme. I installed the oceanwp theme and afterwords there was no notification where i could enter my license key. For the plugins i was able to enter the license.

    Furthermore im not able to use the customer support with a ticket, cause im not listed as a pro plan user.

    Thats very disappointing. I thought its gonna be easy to install oceanwp pro, but it makes a lot of trouble for me now.

    When i do press on “Theme Panel” in WordPress then i only see the “Upgrade” Button but it doesnt give me the opportunity to enter my license somewhere.

    Try to activate any pro plugin (latest version) and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the license.

    thanks for you reply. I did so and my plug ins are already on pro plan. But when i go to my account on oceanwp and then go to licenses it shows me still below activations 0 out of 1 is activated?

    Furthermore when i go to customizer it shows me still the possibility to press on “upgrade” or when i go to theme panel it shows me again “upgrade”

    I thought when im already on pro plan it would not be able to press on upgrade?!

    I’m currently also having the same issue, I got it to work previously on a different website but overall in my experience OceanWP themes have always been a little more difficult to use compared to others, and trouble shooting an issue can also take a while without a pro plan.
