Can't activate it on new install

  • I i stalled latest wp 4.1 and this plugin

    Cant activate it.

    I got memcached on server..

    When press activate plugin
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/mataleo/public_html/ccpattayaexchange.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-ffpc/wp-common/plugin_utils.php on line 187

    Any ideas please
